Before I start this blog is not strictly speaking a group blog but occasionally another
person adds a comment or two.
Having been a fan of this blog for quite some time now I can tell you
that is it both funny and always a great read.
The layout was recently changed and looks pretty good. The links and the blog itself are kept separate so nothing gets in the way.
The blog mostly consists of Dark’s thoughts on things aswell as a sort of diary. The blog is updated every 3-5 days mostly and often by quite a fair amount of text.
Worth checking out if your after a intresting and sometimes even though provoking blog .

The layout was simple yet effective, but saying that I had to change my screen size to get its full effect, my main criticism of the design is that it doesn’t look good in anything but 800 x 600 also there is no requirements which would make it easier to see how the page is best viewed.
I spent a while reading and re-reading entries to try and get a better idea of where they were coming from, I found them interesting to read, however I found the first few I read were all abut “clearing homework” which I felt was slightly boring.
The entries are clearly meant to give you a detailed insight into his life, and don’t focus on linking people in each post.
A pretty average blog with what you’d expect from a 16-year-old boy.

Keli at Dropkick could use some work on her blog, but over-all, at least she blogs frequently! Not all her posts make sense, and that is a big plus. I say that because most blogs are personal, and are only meant for people who know the blogger or the blogger themselves to understand.
Her layout doesn’t look right on my monitor. That can just be resolution problems interfering with CSS coding, so I won’t drag her down because of it. It’s plain and simple. I like layouts that are either extremely simple or extremely complicated for personal reasons, but I must say I like her layout. IF it loaded faster!
Cam is another plus, because we can connect personality with Keli’s face and emotions. The negative side is that she looks like so many of the popular cam girls, it’s hard to keep track of them all! I don’t blame her, because she’s from Cali and people tend to be blonde from that part of the world (no offense.) At least she doesn’t act like the other cam girls.. At least not from what I’ve seen so far! Keli seems to have the need to separate herself, and she could express it more in her blog by writing stories and poems, but that’s her choice.
Personally, I like Keli because she likes BMX, and I do too. She confesses that she doesn’t ride, but she likes watching her friends and thinks it’s cool. Her blog is more of a diary, but then again the original meaning of “blog” has evolved from posting links to posting diary entries. I’m guilty of using the evolved version too, so I can’t judge her on that if I were to be fair.
So I think Keli has a good blog. There’s some weak points here and there, but no one is perfect. OK layout, good blogging, so-so cam images, and overall, it’s an alright site. Is it one I would visit often? Maybe, it depends on if she strives to improve. If the site goes down the drain, then no, I wont, sorry. Visit it while it lasts.

“Fendexis: Better Than Girls” is the tagline at the top of the page. Sounds good, I thought.
I regret to say if you find Fendexis better than girls, you are probably doing it wrong.
OK, the design is competent. It’s trendy-ish and I like the graphic at the top. Most of the posts were reasonable and some were actually quite funny.
But really, they submitted their site under ages 15 – 22, and it’s pretty obvious from reading it. Also there’s no archives and the links are nothing special. So, y’know, perhaps have a look if you’re procastinating, but i doubt you’ll be adding it to your favourites list.

NOTE: this review was written recently
after the tragic terrorist attacks in America. The design and other site elements may have altered due to this, and I made every attempt to read archived material.

A lot of websites rely heavily on design, but this one is obviously content based. Without being pretentious, depressing, excessively wordy, or all of the above, this site is definitley interesting and well written. I was immediately struck by the writer’s rundown of the songs that have affected her life. She wrote so beautifully on the subject, waxing nostalgic on her daddy, reminiscing about falling in love. Damn, if I were a better person, I might have cried. Design wise, although design is not the integral part of the site, it is very fresh and green. Very green. I really dig the image of the flower at the top of the page. No-nonsense, pleasing to the eyes, overall good design. There’s something I can’t put my finger on about the writer’s style. I guess she has the articulation necessary to say what she wants without garbling the ideas. Poetic. Clean. Interesting. And not written by a teenager for once! I’d definitley recommend snazzykat. It looks like i’ll be keeping up with it for a while.snazzykat
