This site was really cool. It has been awhile since I had been to a really original site. Yeah everyone has something everyone else has, but this site has it going on. Great design and posts for the weblog. The design even plays into the site as a personality type thing. My personal favorite post that I read was the friendship poem. Also, its a group effort which you wouldn’t even notice if not for the Zach or Michael before each post. They all write about similar stuff. Almost as if one guy said lets make some dude up, and I will write about x and you write about y… Really good stuff so go check em out.kraproom

I didn’t really enjoy reading the weblog part of punted.net. It just didn’t interest me at all. Maybe it is like an old movie where at first it starts out slow and then sometime later it sucks you in and you are all caught up in it. I don’t know. However, I did enjoy the other sections of his site. His “manual” for weblogs (which he doesn’t go by), the flash animations, the polls all good stuff. The site design is very basic and looks like it is missing something. It might be the gray bars that are stuck out of each box that don’t really look like they should be there, or at least mesh better with box itself. If you want an entertaining site, then check it out.punted

It took me a while to figure out why the colors and layout of his site looked familiar. I went by the “about” section of Mike’s site and read that he was putting his site together while listening to the “Best of Blur” album which is the layout of his site. His site gives off a playful appearance to his site.

The blog is okay, though I didn’t find too much — just some IM chats and short posts about some friends.

Anyway, Mike’s site has some interesting things to offer; I found his “about” section funny. If you’re a Blur fan, I’m sure you’ll find his site cool because of the design and “Best of Blur” album.

Serpentinity.com is a ‘personal weblog’ described by its owner as ‘a way to sort out life, find a method to the madness’. From reading the varied subjects she covers I think she uses it for exactly that. She has a good writing style; welcoming almost. The content of the site centers mainly on her life and thoughts (which btw is the truest ideal for a personal website, in contrast to sites of mostly links). I found it a good read and one I would add to my own weekly read list.

The design is simple and clean. Well, depending on which design you select, that is. She has set up the site in such a way as to allow you to select from several layouts. It’s a nice feature and being Ruzzman I chose the urinal layout J. I think there’s a layout for most people and it seems regardless of which you choose they are all easy to navigate and use.

She’s got most the standard fare for a personal site but put a little extra work into the reading section (with book reviews & ratings). I also enjoyed reading her about page (which normally I don’t) because she told me the things I actually wanted to know. All in all a good website and worth a few moments of your time to decide if you agree.

This girl has a good site. Updates are really often which is always a nice thing. The site itself is designed really nice and clean which I liked. She decided that she wants to do her own ratings and what not have you. She gives all people fruit. This is very original, and she is definitely making fun of the to quote her “Any 13 year old with Photoshop award”. Good site with ease of use.Jocelyn’s Page
