Great. I was automatically drawn into Miguel’s (who’s from Austria) site. I completely love the layout; nice gray/white color going. I started to laugh when I saw his “Shoe Project” which are pics of his readers who have emailed him a pic of their shoes; I found that funny.
On to the blog … I really enjoyed reading his posts. I read one that somehow kept me reading on about his morning one day which turned out to be a long morning that began at 6 am. His posts also have little headings which are sometimes funny. I like his writing and the other plus is that it’s interesting to read about life in other countries. One thing I found out is in Austria is you have to bring your own bags when you go grocery shopping unlike here in America.
A definite must visit; or at least send him a pic of your shoes!Feral Living

The first thing that strikes you immediately as you enter this page is the green background. I think that having a green background is a great idea, especially if you’ve made references to nature in the title. Unfortunately, the green is more a neon green than a grass green, and is far too bright and intrusive.
Which is a shame because it detracts from an otherwise fine weblog. Opinion is carried across well and with enthusiasm, and navigation-wise the site works well and is easy to get around.
There isn’t a huge amount of content here yet; this is another fledgling site that still needs some work, particularly with the colours as I have already mentioned.Flowerhead

You can tell a lot about a person by what music they listen to. Well, maybe you can’t tell a lot about people, but you get an idea about their character.
Which is why, when Ben finishes each blog, it is good to read what it is he’s listening to. It’s almost a reason in itself to skim through recent posts, to see if there’s anything he’s listening to that you like too.
Aside from the musical interludes, the content here is better than even Ben himself thinks. Although there isn’t much else, the blog is entertaining. Worth at least a perusal, this is another site I think will grow in the future.BEN-0

Matt’s weblog is a little unusual in that it takes the form of a separate journal as part of his site, rather than simply being on the front page like so many others. I don’t think that this is a particularly wise move either; the first thing people want to see when they go to someone’s blog is to see the blog. Archives can be moved off into a new section, but it is better, in my opinion, to show the key content right from the off.
When you do find the journal (which is grouped by day, reverse chronologically), it is well written and absorbing. The writer (himself an aspiring novellist/playwright) comes across as intelligent, although if he spent a bit more time and effort on grammar and spelling the end result would be far more satisfying.
You have to put in some work to get much from this site, and in the six-second world of the Internet, far too many people will be going off-site for their content without really exploring the site. It is worth visiting, and shows some promise.bandersnatch

Here is a site that has a similar goal as this one. Find some weblogs and link them. However, his is a little more targeted. His is for group weblogs! His weblog is a list of group weblogs. He is always searching for new group weblogs to be added to his site. So if you have one, go submit your site to his.Groupblogs
