An archetypical personal blog: The writing is intelligent, witty, and extemely infectious. It provides thoughtful commentary on living and loving life. She strikes a rare chord in writing about the events of her life so that they will be meaningful to casual readers.

The author is a child of the a postmodern generation, but far from being overwhelmed by the vast scope of cultural knowledge, she affirms everything that’s good about our world. Her taste in music, movies, and literature is well-developed. (ranging from the Nietzschean Fight Club and Ayn Rand’s objectivism to the decadence of Austin Powers) There’s lots of content here.

The site design isn’t really that creative, but that’s the only thing that keeps this blog from perfection. Other than thet, it’s a gem. She shows maturity, humor, and it’s evident the she loves her readers. It’s a great place to come for an exhibition of modern culture.Where does the time go when it’s not around here?

The author of this site admits that he stole everything for his site other than content. He wrote it all so he couldn’t have stolen it. Design, stolen from a free template. He also decided that since he was bored, he was going to cramp as much information as he could into it. Well he did. I love all the information that he provides on the right column. Also he decided to have a faq page in addition to his about me page. Both are interesting. This guy gets mad props for his originality of content. This site has sent The Weblog Review quiet a bit of traffic over the last couple of days. So I decided I would review it. First time I looked, her page wasn’t loading completely. Images missing and what have you, well she acknowledge that now. I definitely do not like the orange on black at all. Good for Halloween, bad for a website unless that site deals with Halloween. Also when you go to the site it asks if you want to load Comet Cursor. No I do not. I don’t like it when people mess with the cursor. It makes it to hard to figure out where you are actually clicking. However, she does post quiet often and has some good things to say. Just like the previous review, its about average. Nothing out of the ordinary, nothing spectacular, but I bet in time, you will enjoy reading it.Way to many oranges

Most original content award goes to this site. I spent over 30 minutes just reading post after post after post. Most of it is about their lives, well all of it. I guess its just the level that they let someone into their life. The site looks good except for one thing… A rotating picture in the upper left hand corner. I can’t figure out for the life of me what it is or what its purpose is. Oh well, a good read though where the site doesn’t take away from the authors.stupid.boy/brilliant.girl

This site is very basic and clean looking. Just a site of links that of what is going on in today’s world. The author goes around and finds news that they find interesting and posts them. They list all of their sources as where they got the links from which is very good for a site like this. Not much else to this site. Its useful for finding out news about what is going today without having to sift through a newspaper of sorts.The Web Today
