When I was waiting for this site to load up, for some reason I thought it was going to be a site with the theme of Radiohead/Thom Yorke because of the title and all. However, I did a quick scroll down the page and noticed the reoccurring theme of a Dave Foley/”News Radio”/ “Kids In The Hall” fan instead.
The site’s run by Jessica; at teenage girl living in New York. I really like how she altered one of Blogger’s templates and made it with different shades of blue.
She has some links to other blogs and of course links to, “Kids In The Hall,” “Dave Foley,” and “News Radio.” I also liked that with her obsession with Dave Foley that despite the fact many might find it weird, nerdy or dorky, she doesn’t care and that’s the great thing about blogs is you can express whatever it is you like and don’t like and you don’t have to alter your tastes because someone doesn’t like it.
As I was reading her site, she was talking about stuff she was going to go watch and remember how back in high school I used to have more time to watch tv. It took me back to those days when you plopped in front of the tv and watched marathons of your favorite shows or watched your favorite movies and you sat there for 6 hours.
I found her random, out-of-nowhere comments funny since it reminded me of talking with someone that just randomly blurting out weird thoughts that have nothing to do with anything at the moment:
“People are so f#&king stupid. Not you.”
“Ben Affleck eats Bugles. You know…..the little cone-shaped corn chips…..never mind.”
Her blog mainly has to do with her joy and love of Dave Foley and anything associated with it. She also talks about her friends and sometimes her work and just random stuff and puts links to stuff she’s come across. I got the feeling from reading her site that she seemed to always be in a pretty good mood about things. This is one site where I don’t feel like the writer completely comes off like they’re in high school. No, “Oh my gwad, can you believe that? She so stupid! I’m never talking to her again!!!!” I’m so glad I didn’t read any high school drama.
I like her writing and her posts are interesting so I’d suggest dropping by and check out her up to date website on Dave, it’s quite interesting.paranoid.android

Don’s InfoNode is a mainly a news site,
with discussions about current events
posted by anyone who chooses to become
a member.
Some of the web log entries were
confusing, and perhaps should have been
a part of another page or at least
organized under different topics.
There were a few random posts by Don
about the site stats which did not fit
with the predominantly news-related
posts. Most posts would link to a news
article, and then Don and other site
members would respond.
I liked the premise upon which Don’s
InfoNode is based: a forum for people
to discuss current events, debate
topics, and state their opinions, among
other things. However, I was left
thinking the format was not conducive
to smooth conversation. Perhaps a
bulletin-board style forum would better
suit the converstaions of varying
topics.
The design of the site was simple and
basic, as an informational site should
be, though various sections were not
well defined, and seemed to bleed
together. Also, even at 1024×768,
horizontal scrolling was necessary – a
pet peeve of mine.
In general, I found San Diego Don’s
InfoNode a decent site for news and
discussion. Peeling away the iffy
layout and organization will leave you
looking at a good idea that seems to be
on the way to a great site.San Diego Don’s InfoNode

The weblog itself is just your average weblog. Someone venting to the world, the things they need to vent about. In the case of Kacroon, she vents about stopping smoking (not quitting, just stopping) and her Robot dog.
The posts about her dog are rather interesting, as I have wondered what Aibo could really do. He is still a puppy and hasn’t done much yet.
One post I found to be really interesting was this one:
I am addicted to surfing blogs and reading others blogs…..
So many are so young though…..
Well her’s is still young too. As I have stated before, young can become great weblogs in time. This site will develop into something wonderful, it will just take the time to do it.

This has to be the funniest read I have come across. Minx lets us into her life on such a humors detail. And then when you are done reading her posts, all of them have a commenting system which there are sub-posts shall we say of them. Extremely entertaining and a definite daily read.Clever Little Minx

Wow. What a site. The design on this site is intense. So much is crammed into a small space, but organized so well at the same time. The author of this site has a good writing style and writes mainly about things in his life that are well just fcuked as he would say. Very enjoyable read and very well designed site.fcuker.com
