I would like to begin by explaining my initial thoughts about the site prior to doing any investigation throughout the site. I found the site to be easy on the eyes and expect to find humor spread throughout the site. I am sure that the “Anonymous Me” has a hard time dealing with the “idiots” as referred to by the author.
I found the blog to be very interesting. I have heard many of these stories before from my friends working in telemarketing. I found that the stories seemed to be real and were funny. This is a site of humor based off of someone humility. The author leaves all names from the site and also excluding his or her name as well. I will probably visit this site again to find out the new stupid things humans say. The writings by the author were written well and there were no major spelling or grammar errors. There was some vulgar language, but no more than you would hear on TV or Radio.
The design of the site is a typical blogspot design. There really isn’t anything in the design that makes this site stick out from any of the other blogspot sites.
The blog appears to have begun in February of 2005 and is being kept current. The author does not post on a standard schedule appear to be when he/she feels he/she needs to blow some steam.
I feel this site is a good site to visit if you like reading about someone’s miserable life as a customer service representative. This author could make the site a lot better by changing the design and making her articles a little more positive. The thing that has occurred to the author and described in the site is humorous, but it is on a very negative topic. I feel the main reader would be another customer service representative for they could relate to the horror he or she has to endure.
