The first thing I look for on a site is the design. Is it easy to navigate, clean or cluttered, brassy or boring.
This site is clean and spare. I liked that part.
The next thing I look for is something “about me”, so that I can get a feel for the person writing the weblog. On this site the “about me” section was my favorite part. Lots of questions with some very funny answers.
After that I go to the weblog, reading as much as I have time to read or can stand. If I make it to the archives, I feel like I’m reading a good weblog. Darryl tells you in his description that the weblog is conversations…and he has a lot of conversations. I made it to the archives, all the way back to May 2001. Some of them are missing…perhaps a Blogger error.
